Almost disappeared in recent times, it has made its comeback thanks to the rebirth of the Craft Cocktail movement. Antica Distilleria Quaglia was the first to reintroduce the Old Tom Gin in Italy in 2017. Among its botanicals we find juniper, elderberry, sage, absinthe, rose, vanilla and cocoa.
