This offsets the weight of the blade and shaft past the oarlock for easy, low fatigue rowing. Insulation and outside cover materials tough to cut and strip.

Made in China. Wire works fine but the materials used for insulation and the outer cover are a pain to separate and strip for use. This isn’t like Ancor wire!
