Multiple iterations of this dock have wires coming out both the front and back, making it ugly on the desk and no way to hide wires well. Mounting under the desk with this helped a ton, looks way better. Perfect fit.

It has amazing functionality and comes with 2 screws. I do recommend pre drilling holes so you do not ruin your desk, and ensure that your desk is thick enough that the screws won’t pierce through.
